1.4T CZTA 2016-2018 Tuning& Swap Harness

After much development using the Lupo build from earlier this summer, we have created what is surely one of the most authentic OEM driving experience 1.4t swap tunes available anywhere!  With OEM driving characteristics and properly tuned power additions using factory turbo and ECU.  This motor is sure to put a smile on your face for many years of driving!  Proven to be a very reliable and efficient motor in the OEM chassis.  This swap is one to rival the classic swaps for reliability and far exceed them all for power.

We dyno'd a bone stock 2016 CZTA Jetta for comparisons of power and torque, to see the increase with the swap file.

The stock car made: 137hp & 175ft/lbs of torque.

The Lupo with hardware upgrades of a 2.5” down pipe and divorced charge cooling system made: 165hp & 231ft/lbs of torque. That's an increase in power of 20% and torque increased by 32%.

As you can see from the graph, the power is real world usable power.  With an immense increase in torque, this motor begs for a long gear transmission in any light chassis.  This tune has pushed the OEM hardware to its peak performance and exhibits calibration that blends the worlds of efficiency with fantastic acceleration.

The software requires the use of the factory ECU, 1.4t factory fuel pump and controller, charge cooler pump and all motor hardware. The starter motor and cooling fan control is to be configured the traditional way; meaning the ECU no longer controls these aspects. All lambda probes are required. No fault codes will be present in a correctly installed swap.

All harnesses come standard with a fully functional OBD port, a tach box signal for cluster use, and an oil switch lead for cluster use, battery+ lead to feed harness power, and fuel pump leads to be run to fuel pump module to be located at fuel tank.  Connection to your cars OEM brake switch output and installation of a factory or equivalent clutch switch is required.

With customer supplied cores (engine and chassis side) a universal install harness cost is $750.

ECU swap file is $750 and must be from a 2016-2017 CZTA equipped vehicle.
